How We Prove Results
Useful proof starts with a clear business question.
The case library will grow as verified GrowthTune work becomes publishable. Until then, this page shows the kinds of owner-level problems we study and the standard we hold any result to before we publish it.
The kinds of problems we study.
Each is organized around a baseline, a constraint, an intervention, and the measure that tells us whether the change held. None of the following are GrowthTune client results: they describe the shape of the work, not a verified outcome.
A full calendar, no margin
Little room for hiring, reinvestment, or owner time. The question we would study: which work is actually creating capacity? The likely levers are pricing logic, scope control, and a weekly view of contribution by job type.
Every sale depends on the owner
Referrals and demand exist, but no repeatable path from first conversation to a qualified opportunity. The question we would study: what should the team qualify before a proposal? The likely levers are offer clarity, pipeline stages, and a review cadence.
A handoff that keeps breaking delivery
Work is sold, scheduled, delivered, and invoiced through separate habits. The question we would study: where does the promise change after the sale? The likely lever is a lightweight handoff map that names an owner at each step.
Growing the team without growing confusion
Hiring increases activity but not clarity. The question we would study: what should stop living in the owner's head? The likely levers are decision rights, one weekly review, and a short list of numbers owned by named people.
The proof standard
A story is not proof until the reader can see what changed.
We would rather publish a modest, well-supported result than a dramatic number with no context.
- SituationWhat was happening, who felt it, and why the issue mattered.
- BaselineWhich measure established the starting point.
- InterventionWhat changed in the commercial or operating system.
- OutcomeWhat moved, over what period, and what trade-offs were made.
- LessonWhat another owner can use without copying the whole engagement.
No client name, number, or outcome appears here without permission and verification.
