Saeed Sarfarazi & Mohammad Ebrahimi

Business-building experience and financial thinking, in the same room.

We are the two people you would actually work with: one who has built and run businesses, one who tests the numbers behind every decision.

How we think

A few positions we'd defend.

  • Most small-business margin problems are pricing and scope problems, not cost problems.
  • If the owner is the operating system, no plan survives the owner's calendar.
  • A weekly number owned by a name beats a dashboard nobody is accountable for.
  • Sale readiness and better-run-today are the same work, done in the same order.

Built from the owner’s side of the table.

Saeed’s experience includes launching six companies, bootstrapping his businesses without external funding, and building a research and education business with more than 250,000 users. He has led a 70-person team for over 12 years, and his work has spanned service delivery, product delivery, and software delivery.

His roles have included co-founder and CEO of Sabzsaze and founder and CEO of MoreConvert. Alongside building companies, he has worked on several consulting cases over the years, bringing an outside view to owners and teams facing practical decisions.

There are setbacks in that record, too. Saeed has run four other startups that did not reach product-market fit. Those experiences belong in the story. They are why he takes uncertainty seriously, tests an idea before committing more resources, and keeps the cost of a wrong decision in view. Today, Saeed is Partnership Lead at the Canadian Physical AI Institute (CPAI).

At GrowthTune, Saeed brings that perspective to the owner’s priorities: finding customers, organizing the work, and building a team that can take more responsibility.

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, OSSU; MBA, University of Tehran; bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, University of Birjand.

A closer look at what the numbers can tell us.

Mohammad’s background connects financial analysis with engineering and quantitative research. He worked as a financial analyst at Razi Oxin from 2018 to 2021, then pursued graduate study in finance at HEC Montréal.

At HEC Montréal, his experience includes research assistant work on financial market data and principal component analysis, as well as teaching assistance in financial econometrics. His profile also includes AI research with Fin-ML and teaching assistance in game theory at Sharif University of Technology.

The relevance for a business owner is practical. A decision about pricing, hiring, or spending needs a clear view of the assumptions underneath it. Mohammad brings financial and quantitative methods to that examination, helping separate what the information supports from what still needs to be tested.

Education: graduate study in Finance, HEC Montréal; master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, and bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sharif University of Technology.

How we work together

A decision has to make sense in the numbers, and in the working day.

We work through both sides in the same conversation, using Diagnose, Prioritize, Design, Execute: the framework behind every engagement.
